Hi, I’m noah

For as long as I can remember I’ve been a sensitive person. I’ve always been able to feel the depths and subtleties of the human experience. I think for many years I was unsure, and even afraid, of being my authentic, sensitive, self in the world. So I worked on developing other skills and ways of being. For over a decade I was a mechanical engineer in the aerospace industry. I was also a dancer, poet, and photographer. While trying to find the balance between work and play and checking the boxes of financial and emotional satisfaction, I still wasn’t finding fulfillment. When my health began to decline I finally woke up to the fact that this was not a sustainable way of living for me. I think sometimes we stray away from ourselves before remembering who we are. And on the road to recovery, the gentleness and care of a few wonderful somatic practitioners helped me remember who I am and opened me up to what was missing. For what felt like the first time, my sensitive nature was validated, valued, and reflected back to me, and with time, my health and life began to change. From a client to now a trained somatic guide, in this work, I feel like I’m finally being who I was meant to be; it feels like I’m finally home. And now I’m here to share this work with those on their own quest of authenticity and truth. If you feel called to connect, I’d be honored to meet you and support you on the journey to the place that feels like home for you.

My Approach

All of us are different with a unique backstory and road ahead. It’s important to me, and necessary for the effectiveness of this work, that each session be personalized to the needs and goals of the client. With that said, below is a general framework to help explain what our time together would look like:

Awareness

Everything starts here. We’ll spend time bringing to light where you are currently, what matters to you most, and where you want to go. We’ll also notice how you’re feeling emotionally and physically relative to the important areas of your life. Meaningful change often occurs after we become aware of what’s really happening.

Insight

With awareness and curiosity, new and often powerful information can present itself as insight about ourselves, our relationships, our careers, our communities, and even the world at large. This can be an exciting step when we see more clearly what is truly possible.

Action

With new found awareness and insight, we have prepared ourselves to take new forms of action; actions that are aligned with who we really are and how we want to move forward in our lives.
